These are the most frequently asked questions by our partners and customers

A Support Plan is a plan that explains individuals’ requirements, their perspectives, preferences, and choices, the resources available, and the activities taken by members of the care team (including the service user and caregiver) to satisfy those needs in an easy-to-understand manner.

Self Directed Support is part of the Transforming Your Care strategic approach to developing Person Centred Services. It is a pathway where individuals are enabled and encouraged to have more choice and control in how their care and support is provided.

Safeguarding is so important in health and social care because it guarantees the safety and security of some of the country’s most vulnerable individuals, who are particularly prone to violence, abuse, and neglect. The methods and activities we take to promote the welfare of children and vulnerable individuals and protect them from harm are referred to as safeguarding.

Care and Support Consultants work with any Local Authority that requires needs assessments review, direct payment review, support planning or any other Social work services. However, we are based in London.

We are not an Employment Agency. However, we provide Social Work students a platform for further development and act as a Practice Educator for them – either while they are in training or after graduation.
