Care and Support Consultants recognise the importance of effective Assessments, solid Safeguarding procedures and the power of Self Directed Support and to enhance the lives of individuals
Care and Support Consultants is made up of a Multidisciplinary Team of Social Work Professionals, Nurses, Therapist and Counsellors with the main purpose of providing efficient and effective Social Care Support underpinned by the Person Centred approach and the Wellbeing Principle.
